Terms governing the use of TopTeb Care.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the TopTeb Care platform by patients, family members, caregivers, healthcare providers, and visitors.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TopTeb Care, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Platform Purpose
TopTeb Care is a healthcare marketplace designed to help patients, families, and caregivers connect with healthcare providers. TopTeb Care does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, prescriptions, emergency services, or direct clinical care.
3. Provider Responsibility
Providers are solely responsible for the services they offer, professional qualifications, licenses, certifications, insurance, patient interactions, treatment decisions, and compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.
4. Patient Responsibility
Patients and caregivers are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting services and for independently evaluating whether a provider meets their needs.
5. No Medical Advice
Information available through the platform is provided for informational and coordination purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
6. Emergency Situations
TopTeb Care is not intended for emergency medical situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.
7. Accounts and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity occurring under their accounts.
8. Platform Availability
We strive to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, error-free operation, or continuous service availability.
9. Payments and Memberships
Certain services, memberships, subscriptions, or platform features may require payment. Additional pricing, billing, and refund terms may apply and will be communicated separately where applicable.
10. Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse the platform, submit fraudulent information, impersonate others, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable laws.
11. Intellectual Property
TopTeb Care, its branding, content, software, designs, and platform materials are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopTeb Care shall not be liable for provider conduct, healthcare outcomes, treatment decisions, service quality, indirect damages, lost profits, or other consequential damages arising from platform use.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform if a user violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or engages in conduct that may harm other users or the platform.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
